There are many ways to get involved with the 2018 Unmasked African Festival. Applications are now open for stall holders and performers, to apply you simply need to fill out the form below by  31 August 2018. Once submitted, you will be contacted with further information. We strongly advise that you download, read and complete the registration forms to the right.

Adelaide’s Unmasked African Festival is all about showcasing the many cultures, flavours, colours and sounds of the entire African continent. To take part, your stall, food and/or activity must be African themed.

  • Stall setup on the day is between 8am to 10am.
  • All stalls must be attended to at all times and interactive during the festival.
  • Proceeds from sales will remain with respective community vendor/organisation.
  • A compulsory contribution of $75 is required for ethnic African Communities requiring food stalls at the Unmasked African Festival. This amount will be used to subsidise costs such as marquee hire, electricity and equipment and is payable to ACCSA prior to the event.
  • Service Providers will be required to pay a fee of $250 + GST for stalls. Payment for this is required prior to the festival. Organisations will not be allocated a stall if payment is not received.

What will be provided?


  • 1 x 3×3 metres marquee for shade
  • 1 x 2 metres trestle table
  • 2 chairs for staff/volunteers
  • Power (electricity if required)
